How do I get my tickets if I buy through Eventbrite?
All tickets ordered online can be picked up at the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce located at at 120 W. Verona Ave., Verona during business hours (weekdays 8:30AM-4:00PM). The first day tickets will be available for pick-up is Monday, February 12. Last day to pick up tickets is Friday, April 9. You must bring your confirmation email and a photo ID to receive the tickets.
What time will the doors open on April 10?
Doors at the Verona Area High School will open at 5:00PM. Use the main entrance.
How can I purchase a Tailgate T-Shirt and other branded apparel?
Our Tailgate web store has a variety of great branded apparel at very reasonable prices thanks to our friends at Think It Then Ink It. Most of the items in the web store will only be available for pre-order. A limited number of Tailgate sponsor t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Tailgate party. Buy now: T-shirt prices will be $5 more if purchased at the event. Pre-order ends on March 18. To receive your apparel, bring your sales confirmation email to the T-Shirt booth just inside the main entrance.
I would like to bring my young children. Do they need a ticket?
Yes - The event is being held indoors where there is a maximum capacity of 2,000 people allowed. While we love the idea of free access for young children, our choice of venue limits our ability to admit unticketed participants.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - we will not have purchaser information at the event so you must present your ticket at the door.
What are my parking options at the event?
Free parking is available in 3 large parking lots on the school campus. There is overflow parking at St. Andrew's Catholic Church across N. Main St. There is also street parking in close proximity to the school.
How many items can I get autographed with the $40 ticket?
Given the limited time available for autographs, $40 ticket holders may have one item signed by the 3 players, 3 alumni, and CEO Mark Murphy. $10 general admission tickets do not include collectors poster or autographs.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring the item you'd like autographed, any special pen or marker if needed (black Sharpies and pens will be provided). No weapons, alcohol, or carry-in food/drink are allowed. If bringing an infant, please make arrangements to safely carry your baby as no strollers are permitted in the school.
How can I purchase food and beverages?
All-inclusive tickets include a meal with drink and one additional beverage of your choice. Food/beverage tickets for general admission ticket holders will be available for purchase at the T-shirt booth. A $5 meal-deal includes your choice of either: 1 slice of Little Caesars Pizza, chips and beverage OR Bratwurst, chips, and a beverage. Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt and Just Coffee specialty drinks will also be available with food/beverage tickets. Please note: No cash purchases will take place at the food/beverage stations - purchase tickets for these items at the T-shirt booth.
Besides autographs and food, what else will be happening at the Tailgate party?
Green Bay Packers CEO Mark Murphy will lead a Q&A session at 6PM. Players will toss mini-footballs to the crowd. We'll have a live auction of a game-worn autographed Green Bay Packers helmet. Kids will enjoy a play area with games, face painting, and photo booth. Local rock band Gin, Chocolate & Bottle Rockets will play throughout the evening. Sponsor tables will offer raffles and giveaways. Tailgate t-shirt sales, bucket raffle with great items, 50/50 raffle throughout the evening. An ATM will be available at the venue.
